1. Who we are

Future Foundations is operated by Kristof Rada, located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, United States ("we," "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Agreeing to these terms

By purchasing or using Future Foundations, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the program.

3. Who can purchase

You must be 18 or older to purchase and hold an account. If a minor uses the program, the parent or guardian who purchased it is responsible for supervising that use and for their compliance with these terms.

4. What you're buying

When you purchase a module, bundle or course, you get access to that content through your account. Coaches may use the content to teach and train the athletes they coach, including showing videos during training sessions. You may not share your login or resell the content.

Access continues for as long as we offer the program. We may update, improve or reorganize content over time.

5. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Because Future Foundations is digital content that is available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds.

7. Health and safety

Future Foundations involves physical activity, including strength, flexibility and skill training. All physical activity carries a risk of injury.

  •  Consult a physician before starting, especially if the athlete has any injury or medical condition.

  •  The content is educational and is not medical advice.

  •  Minors should always train with adult supervision.

  •  Spotting techniques should only be performed by a trained, responsible adult.

  •  Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

By using the program, you accept responsibility for training safely and within your own ability, or your child's.

8. Our content

All videos, written material and other content belong to Future Foundations. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or redistribute any of it, except as allowed for coaches in section 4.

9. Results

Progress depends on consistency, effort, age and ability. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the program. The program is provided "as is."

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
